Can anyone recommend a Microsoft Office version suitable for this. I'm from the UK and most online shops promoting Microsoft office online do not show that their version of Office is compatible for this Mac 11.10.6.

Microsoft Office For Mac Os X El Capitan
I have a secondhand iMAC that has just been updated to OS X El Capitan version 10.11.6 (old, I know). I've attempted to install my Microsoft office from my subscription and am met with "This software requires macOS version 10.14.0 or later" which my iMAC wont support. Is there a way that I am able to install an older compatible version of Microsoft?
Hi there, does office for mac 2011 is available to do split screen with other apps? also, office for mac 2016 is great, but I don't like the white bar on top when you do the split screen. Hopefully this can be fixed...
